TP-Link Improves Guest Satisfaction and Loyalty with Great Wi-Fi for Luxury Hotel in Greece

Patmos Aktis Suites & Spa, a five-star luxury hotel in Grikos Bay on Patmos Island, Greece, needed a better wireless network to match its high-end guest experience. Its old system suffered from poor coverage, weak security, frequent connectivity issues, and no centralized management, creating frustration for guests and staff. TP-Link was brought in to deliver reliable Wi-Fi across the hotel’s 56 rooms and public areas, with easy management and customizable guest authentication.

TP-Link implemented a solution built around 43 EAP access points, including EAP110, EAP120, and EAP220 models, managed through the TP-Link EAP Controller software. The deployment provided full coverage, consistent performance, attractive hardware that blended with the hotel décor, and a captive portal with voucher-based guest access. As a result, Patmos Aktis reported dramatically improved wireless performance and much higher guest satisfaction, with strong, consistent Wi-Fi throughout each stay.
