TP-LINK Helps ISP Soborka Provide Better Service for Subscribers

Soborka.Net, a large ISP in Odessa, Ukraine serving more than 60,000 subscribers, needed to replace thousands of outdated and unstable access switches that were causing disconnections, difficult maintenance, and poor support for growing IP-based services. As the company expanded in dense historic neighborhoods, it also needed compact, energy-efficient equipment that could fit into existing boxes and keep costs under control. TP-Link’s 2-Series smart switches were selected to address these challenges.

TP-Link implemented reliable L2 smart switches with web GUI, CLI, SNMP/RMON, RRCP support, and advanced QoS features to improve network management and keep voice and video traffic running smoothly. The new compact, low-power switches were easier to install in existing infrastructure and provided better value than competing brands. As a result, Soborka.Net reported a much more stable network, far fewer dropped connections, improved customer satisfaction, easier remote management of thousands of switches, and longer battery backup during power outages.
