Upgrading Travel Software Helps Airlie Beach Save Money and Win Australian Small Business Award

AirlieBeach.com, the Whitsundays Central Reservation Centre run by Tony and Lolita Laurent, faced fully manual operations—staff handwriting tickets and vouchers and manually rekeying data into MYOB—which constrained efficiency even as the business grew and won the Telstra 2012 Australian Small Business Award for Queensland.
