Bike It Now! is a Clyde-based tour operator that runs self-guided and guided bike tours across New Zealand’s South Island. Managing multi-day groups, bikes and luggage made inventory and itinerary management a core challenge, so Bike It Now! began using the Tourwriter platform in April 2013 to automate itineraries and reduce the time staff spent building and updating trip files.

Tourwriter was implemented with support from its Implementation Team to provide centralized trip files, real-time visibility of where clients, bikes and luggage are, and fast itinerary changes (changing trip dates in “2 clicks”). As a result, Bike It Now! saves hours on itinerary production, avoids wasted resources locating inventory, delivers consistently detailed multi-day itineraries, and maintains a seamless experience that supports its high customer ratings — all enabled by Tourwriter.
