Touchstone IQ partnered with Darden Restaurants, a major restaurant group with over 2,000 sites including Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse, to develop a comprehensive corporate sustainability program. The challenge was to create a plan addressing energy, waste, and supply chain across their vast nationwide portfolio.

To meet this challenge, Touchstone IQ performed energy audits at pilot sites and developed a full sustainability management plan. The solution included implementing a sustainability management software tool for tracking. As a result, Touchstone IQ identified over $24 million in annual energy savings, secured significant incentive funding, and oversaw the implementation of these projects across all 2,000+ locations.
