Renaissance Plaza, an 11-story office building managed by Sirell Properties, was operating with an outdated 2004 wall-mounted lobby directory. Assistant Property Manager Lori Davis sought to modernize the building's lobby with a new security desk and an updated directory solution that would be more eye-catching for its 35+ tenants and their visitors. They turned to their long-time vendor, TouchSource, for an upgrade.

TouchSource provided a new, custom-fabricated 22" Pantella desktop-mounted directory. This modern solution featured a clean design with new infotainment capabilities like weather and news updates. The implementation by TouchSource resulted in a more accessible and user-friendly experience, which significantly reduced the number of visitor questions at the security desk by making information readily available. The building also achieved the updated, classic aesthetic they desired for their property.
