One Biscayne Tower Safely Re-Opens with Innovative Visitor Technology

L&B Realty Advisors, the operator of One Biscayne Tower, faced the challenge of safely reopening the commercial property to the public while adhering to new health protocols and social distancing requirements. To address this, they partnered with vendor TouchSource to implement a contactless solution for visitor management as part of their COVID-19 Preparedness Plan.

The TouchSource solution implemented was a touchless, interactive directory that allowed vendors and visitors to check in, answer health screening questions, and receive directions from their own phones via a QR code. This eliminated physical contact with a shared screen and the security desk. The results included a visibly safer experience with reduced exposure for employees, simplified self-service check-in with less wait time for visitors, and provided the management with reliable real-time reporting and contact tracing capabilities.
