A TouchSource Case Study
The Community Helping Place (CHP), a non-profit in Georgia, faced the challenge of distributing constantly evolving information on support services to its rural community. Their previous method of printed resource guides was costly, quickly became outdated, and was impossible to correct once distributed. Seeking an innovative, real-time solution, CHP turned to TouchSource for a digital alternative.
TouchSource implemented its Telluride touch kiosk, a mobile and accessible digital directory that provides easy access to information and community resources. The kiosk is easily updated, can be moved to different locations, and has proven to be a sound financial investment. For approximately the same cost as their last print run, CHP gained a long-term solution. TouchSource's product has been well-received by users, who find it easy and fun to use, and it ensures constituents always have access to accurate information.
