CareMount Medical, now part of Optum Medical Care, is a large multi-specialty medical group in New York. They faced the operational challenge of delivering timely and consistent communications across their extensive network, as updating static signage for provider changes and announcements was inefficient and burdensome for staff. They partnered with TouchSource to find a solution.

TouchSource implemented its cloud-based digital signage platform, deploying 33 digital directories for wayfinding and over 110 waiting room screens. This solution allowed CareMount to instantly update marketing content, service alerts, and provider information across all locations from a single dashboard. The results included a significant reduction in the operational strain of manual signage updates and the creation of a dynamic new channel for targeted patient communication and engagement.
