Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City, with four locations, nine services and about 200 staff, needed a flexible Church Management System to unify community groups, worship teams, youth ministry, stewardship, leadership, and volunteers. After years of building custom apps on a sales database and suffering "account fatigue," the church selected TouchPoint Software and its all‑in‑one Church Management System (ChMS) to provide an open, customizable platform and a single login for staff and ministries.
TouchPoint Software implemented a centralized, customizable ChMS that consolidated Redeemer’s data and reporting, making information "cleaner than it's ever been" and enabling data‑driven decisions. The solution gives new visibility into generosity (currently roughly 13% of households give recurringly, with a goal of 50% and a concern that over 25% of the annual budget comes in December), automates membership stage prompts to accelerate onboarding, and supports targeted outreach, volunteer tracking, and program measurement—allowing Redeemer to set measurable goals and refine ministry based on real data.
