Case Study: Roedean Community reaches fundraising goals with ToucanTech

With alumnae support, Roedean School reaches their fundraising target

ToucanTech worked with Roedean School’s alumnae network, the Roedean Community, to help keep members connected and support school fundraising. The community needed a better way to engage alumnae online, share news and events, and encourage giving back while promoting Roedean life.

Using ToucanTech’s integrated CRM, email engine, and database, Roedean created an active online community site with news, events, articles, a virtual bookshop, and a fundraising campaign page. The result was strong engagement, with over 3,000 site visits each month and nearly 1,000 members registered, while the school raised £17,000 in a month and reached 99% of its £75,000 fundraising goal.
