The International School of Paris hits the mark with their launch communications

International School of Paris used ToucanTech to launch a new alumni community and strengthen engagement with graduates around the world, especially as COVID-19 disrupted in-person events. The school wanted a better way to welcome the class of 2020, share updates, and connect alumni to opportunities such as mentoring, reunions, and news.

ToucanTech helped International School of Paris build a virtual alumni home with a launch email to 500 contacts, a tour of the site, newsletter campaigns, and features for sharing stories and inviting friends. The school also used the platform to run virtual events, including a Zoom reunion on World Teacher’s Day, and to highlight alumni achievements and campus tours. The launch was successful, with the latest newsletter achieving a 75% open rate and sign-up rates growing day by day.
