Case Study: Anglican Church Grammar School grows its alumni community with ToucanTech

The Churchie Old Boys' Association reaches 2,000 online members

Anglican Church Grammar School’s Churchie Old Boys’ Association needed a better way to connect its growing alumni community, support networking and mentoring, and consolidate its digital engagement efforts. To do this, they worked with ToucanTech to launch a new online community platform, called COBweb, alongside integrated email and database tools for managing member communications.

ToucanTech’s platform helped the association create a business directory, careers area, groups and forums, alumni news content, and wellbeing support, while making it easier to contact both online and offline members. The results were strong: more than 2,000 members joined within eight months, the community saw around 50 new members each month, news posts reached over 1,700 monthly views, and 90% of the 2021 graduating class registered on the platform.
