Case Study: American School of Barcelona grows its alumni community with ToucanTech

Over 500 alumni join the American School of Barcelona online community

ToucanTech helped the American School of Barcelona, a private non-profit school in Barcelona, launch its first online community in 2021 to better connect alumni, former parents, and staff, share school news, and create a networking hub that could support careers, events, and engagement across its wider community.

Using ToucanTech’s online community platform, ASB built a central site for alumni content, business listings, and student career connections, including newsletters, events, articles, and a business directory. The results included over 500 alumni registered, a 66% open rate on launch emails, more than 70 alumni stories published, 30 businesses listed, and over 1,000 views of listed services and products.
