Old Aylesburians support their school to develop new art & design buildings

Aylesbury Grammar School partnered with ToucanTech to better manage alumni engagement, fundraising, communications, and events across its Old Aylesburian community. As one of the lowest funded state academy schools in the UK, the school needed a more effective way to track donations, monitor engagement, and keep supporters informed about how their contributions were helping development projects.

ToucanTech provided a platform that AGS used for alumni communications, newsletters, online donations, events management, fundraising reports, donor tracking, and community updates. With integrated online payments, regular donation reporting, and a donor pipeline, Aylesbury Grammar School was able to stay closer to its fundraising goals and build stronger alumni support, including helping raise funds for refurbishing key buildings and logging over 3,000 PPE items manufactured and delivered during lockdown.
