Notting Hill Prep brings alumni, staff & parents together for their charitable foundation

Notting Hill Prep, a London preparatory school with a long-standing philanthropic tradition, wanted a better way to connect alumni, parents, and staff with its charitable foundation and make it easier to share updates, encourage giving, and support community-focused initiatives. To do this, they worked with ToucanTech and launched an alumni, parent, and fundraising platform powered by ToucanTech in 2019.

ToucanTech provided an all-in-one platform that combined fundraising pages, an online shop, events, news updates, and an integrated CRM/donor pipeline, helping Notting Hill Prep manage data more effectively and run campaigns more professionally. The results included stronger engagement and fundraising performance, including over £13,500 raised for a local primary school during a lockdown quiz, more than 500 raffle tickets sold online, and £6,110 donated through Christmas box sales to support vulnerable local families and residents.
