Bury Grammar School reaches over 1,200 members in their new alumni community

ToucanTech helped Bury Grammar School, an independent UK school with a long tradition of philanthropy, create a better way to connect with alumni and support future giving. The school wanted a central place for alumni communications, networking, mentoring, and community engagement, while also encouraging supporters to stay involved and update their details.

Using ToucanTech’s online alumni community platform, BGS launched the “BGS Alumni Community” and promoted it through segmented emails based on location and age. Since launch in 2021, more than 1,200 alumni and supporters have joined, helping the school strengthen relationships, grow its network, and build momentum for future bursary and development fundraising.
