Blackrock College Union community reaches 2,000 online members in under three months!

ToucanTech worked with Blackrock College Union, the alumni association for Blackrock College in Dublin, to launch a new online community and strengthen engagement across its worldwide network of past pupils. The union needed a better way to connect alumni with the college, share news and events, and encourage more members to join and participate online.

Using ToucanTech’s alumni community platform, Blackrock College Union created a private portal with clear sign-up guidance, news content, event registration, and club management features. The results were strong: online members passed 1,000 in under a month and reached over 2,000 by February 2021, an event raised €1,170 in five days, and the news page generated more than 1,800 views in a month.
