LitePoint worked with ToTheWeb to improve its search engine optimization after identifying two key challenges: the homepage did not give serious buyers direct access to the most important content, and important search phrases were missing from the site content, leading to poor search rankings.

ToTheWeb addressed these issues through keyword research, a homepage redesign, and a link-building program. The results were strong after the revised site launched in late August 2006: Google first-page rankings increased to 17 web pages from 3, top-30 rankings grew to 43 keyword phrases from 6, traffic rose 53%, and new visitors increased by 42% over four months.
