York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust needed a more flexible learning management system after merging with two other trusts, as its old proprietary LMS could not support nearly 10,000 staff spread across a large rural area. The result was a comprehensive platform that improved training delivery and reduced admin, with 686 courses, 274 programs, and 37 certifications active; average completions reached 9,222 per month, and the Trust saved over £100,000 a year on training.
