Willemen Group, one of Belgium’s largest family-owned construction groups with growing international activity, needed a scalable way to support its digital transformation and ramp up e-learning—particularly Office 365 training—while delivering the right content to the right teams. The challenge was to organize training centrally yet target specific audiences across departments and job roles without adding administrative overhead.

Neo Learning implemented Totara Learn integrated with Willemen’s Azure Active Directory for automated user sync, audience-based job assignments and auto-enrolment, and single sign-on with Microsoft credentials. They also integrated OASE video content and provided course templates for rapid lesson creation. The result: more than 2,000 active users and nearly 4,000 courses completed, faster rollout of targeted Office 365 training, smooth support for remote work, growing internal course creation across divisions, and a clear path to scale and upgrade the learning platform.
