WaterAid delivers life-saving learning to employees across four continents with Totara Learn

WaterAid, a UK-headquartered nonprofit focused on improving access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene, needed a more capable learning platform than its basic LMS library. The organisation wanted to manage all learning events and materials online, track activity and provide consistent, timely development across staff on four continents, so they selected Totara Learn for its functionality and flexibility.

With design and ongoing support from Learning Pool, WaterAid launched a Totara-based learning hub offering blended, multilingual courses and centralized visibility of e-learning, face-to-face and webinar events. In six months they published over 50 courses, gained almost 500 active users and recorded more than 650 completions, enabling better targeting of development, progress tracking and plans to measure ROI.
