Walters People Helps Jobseekers Improve Their Employability With Certified Training Through Totara Learn

Walters People is a recruiter for temporary and temp-to-perm finance and business support roles across Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Spain, and is a market leader in several Dutch regions. Facing the challenge of quickly and objectively assessing whether candidates are truly fit for specific vacancies—beyond CVs and interviews and while meeting a promise to present suitable candidates within 24 hours—Walters People needed a scalable solution to measure skills reliably.

They implemented Totara Learn with support from The Courseware Company to deliver level tests and e-learning through their Academy, starting with English and accounting and expanding to 18 additional tests. The platform lets consultants share objective results with clients and candidates, speeding selection, raising service quality, and giving candidates free access to certified training; today 75 candidates are enrolled and the Academy helps jobseekers build specialist qualifications and improve employability.
