Wallbox customises their training ecosystem, driving cost and efficiency improvements

Wallbox, the Barcelona-based electric vehicle charger company, needed a more efficient and customised training platform to train employees, distributors, installers, and customer service teams. Its existing system could not segment audiences or tailor content by country, language, and job role, so Wallbox turned to Totara Learn to support a more scalable learning ecosystem.

With Totara and partner Actua Solutions, Wallbox implemented automated audience classification, personalised learning paths, and integrated reporting for course completion and NPS tracking. The results were strong: more than 2,000 courses published, 11,900 registrations, a 71% completion rate, 76% process efficiency improvement, 33% administrative time savings, and NPS rising from 47 to 63.
