Vivel Academy Offers Qualitative Blended Training to Health Professionals in Primacy Care

VIVEL, the Flemish Institute for Primary Care, is a government-recognized hub connecting primary care professionals across Flanders. They needed a fast, one-month learning solution that allowed some content to be accessed without creating accounts, so guests could access a limited set of open courses.

Working with The Learning Hub and Uncapped, VIVEL implemented Totara through a kickoff workshop and iterative sprints to configure the platform and gather ongoing feedback. The team integrated Totara with Microsoft Teams so users can access the LMS directly in their work environment, launched the VIVEL Academie for e‑learning, webinars and events, and handed over day‑to‑day management to VIVEL while The Learning Hub remains available for support.
