Vital Learning, a 27-year-old provider of management and online leadership training, needed to modernize course delivery and simplify access for a wide partner network. Their old Cornerstone LMS was feature-heavy and confusing, leaving occasional users struggling and generating around 50 support requests per week.

Working with Envisiontel, Vital Learning moved to a streamlined Totara Learn platform with LMScheckout storefronts and microlearning modules, launched in late 2015/early 2016. The new, customizable system now serves about 10,000 learners across 80+ partners, improved reporting and partner admin, and cut support requests by roughly 90% (from ~50/week to 3/week), with strong user feedback and mobile-optimized access.
