A Totara Case Study
Vistaprint, supporting more than 3,000 customer care specialists and CARE leadership teams, needed to move off a self-hosted Totara Learn installation that had become difficult to manage. Their goal was to keep Totara’s corporate-focused features and intuitive UI while finding a new Totara partner to help build a stronger culture of learning and provide better visibility into employee progress.
In 2018 Vistaprint partnered with eThink Education, which delivered a fast implementation (theme refresh, single sign-on, and other quick wins) and configured role-based learning plans like “The Road to Platinum,” manager-owned learning plans, booking approvals and appraisals. The fully managed Totara instance and ongoing support cut technical overhead, freed L&D time for content and innovation, and enabled plans to automate processes, expand reporting and localize training for their global workforce.
