Working with Synapsys, Vertical Horizonz implemented Totara Learn integrated with NZ Unit Standards and a smart card credentialing system, plus certification workflows and a positional competency hierarchy for staff. The solution gives clients a live view of contractor training status, issues personalised cards as proof of compliance, enforces expiry/recertification, and has cut training time from four hours to one—now used nationwide to streamline compliance and improve on-site safety.
