Vanbreda Risk & Benefits, a mid-sized Belgian insurer, launched Vanbreda Academy to drive its digitisation strategy and make all staff "Digital Fit." Facing a fast-growing set of digital tools, apps and regulatory requirements (like GDPR), the company needed a practical training approach to optimise internal procedures and improve communication with brokers and customers — a challenge they asked Neo to solve.
Neo built a custom, modular e‑learning programme delivered on the Totara platform: short tutorials, animated tips, and scenario‑based lessons on apps, online services, social media and secure data handling, letting employees learn at their own pace. The on‑demand format improved staff competence, smoothed workflows and client interactions, generated very positive user feedback, and earned the project a Xylos Inspire Award.
