UCAS, the UK-based University and Colleges Admissions Service, needed a way to deliver online learning resources to more than 7,000 organizations supporting students, while integrating with Salesforce and serving both external and internal users. UCAS worked with Totara to build a multi-tenant learning platform for external advisors and providers.

Totara implemented a Totara learning platform with two-way Salesforce integration, single sign-on, targeted enrolments, diagnostics, and personalized content recommendations. The solution synced 7,000+ organizations, supported 100+ courses and 25,000+ module attempts, issued 800+ badges, reduced manual work for compliance training, and achieved a 98% rating for user experience and content.
