Tugo Increases The Value and Continuity of Its Insurance Products for Partners

TuGo, one of Canada’s leading travel insurance providers, needed a better way to deliver and measure learning for employees and partner organizations. Their previous LMS was slow and frustrating to use, lacked clear analytics and reporting, and couldn’t segment or personalize value-added training for partners — limiting TuGo’s ability to provide tailored learning experiences and make data-driven decisions.

TuGo implemented a highly customized Totara Learn platform with Zoola Analytics and single sign-on support from Lambda Solutions, enabling blended, contextualized learning, robust reporting and seamless partner access. The rollout delivered fast results: over 25 repurposed courses, seven new courses (including interactive and bilingual modules), three learning programs, the company’s first performance-based course, reusable templates, and improved strategic decision-making supported by credible analytics.
