Trillium Health Resources enjoys a 1,500% increase in course completions since switching to Totara

Trillium Health Resources, a specialty care manager in eastern North Carolina, needed a centralized learning platform to serve thousands of healthcare providers and internal staff with different access needs, registrations, and training requirements. Working with Totara, the organization sought a more flexible way to manage audiences, webinar sign-ups, and manager accountability for required staff training.

Totara implemented a Kineo-designed Totara Learn solution that used audience segmentation, SSO/SAML, seminar tools, and reporting permissions to streamline access, track attendance, and improve management oversight. The results were significant: course completions grew from 866 in June 2020 to 14,197 by October 2021, a more than 1,500% increase, while Trillium also saved time and money through automation and easier access to completion reports.
