DePaul, a cross-border charity supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Ireland and Northern Ireland, needed a better way to manage increasingly complex compliance training across two jurisdictions. As its operations grew and the pandemic increased demand for online learning, DePaul turned to Totara Learn to replace a manual, less scalable LMS process and support staff development, reporting, and mandatory training.
Totara Learn, implemented with partner Enovation, streamlined training assignment, automated recurring certifications and reminders, and gave managers self-service reporting tools through flexible hierarchy and reporting features. The result was a single place to track learning, reduced duplication for the L&D team, less in-person training time, lower training costs, and more flexible learning opportunities with measurable compliance and development impact across the organization.
