Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust, which delivers community care across homes, schools, clinics and hospitals to around 2,800 staff and 1.7 million patient contacts a year, needed a modern LMS to deliver 250+ in‑house courses, manage up to 50 new starters a month, provide access to 250 external e‑learning modules and support mobile access for roughly 2,000 community‑based staff. Think Learning implemented Totara Learn, migrated data, configured compliance reporting and created manager dashboards and streamlined ESR integrations so reporting was available from go‑live. Within three months the Trust reached 94.4% compliance, first‑line support queries fell by 80%, non‑attendance dropped from 10% to 4.7%, training completions rose (1,500 employees) with training rates up 80%, and the LMS saved the team up to three days’ staff time per week while users reported the system was much easier and faster to use.
