A Totara Case Study
UDG Healthcare, a FTSE 250 provider of healthcare advisory, communications and packaging services with over 8,500 employees in 25 countries, needed to strengthen governance and prove compliance across its global workforce. Its original ComplianceCentre (built in 2014) could not scale to support rapid growth, new systems and strict ISO 27001‑equivalent IT requirements, so the company required a fully managed, secure, multilingual learning platform that could migrate historic records, integrate with HR and single sign‑on, host a policy repository and deliver role‑based reporting.
In June 2017 UDG engaged Enovation to implement Totara Learn, launching the upgraded ComplianceCentre in November 2017. The platform provided 24/7 monitoring, SSO and HR web‑service integration for automated user provisioning, multilingual delivery, personalized dashboards and robust role‑based reporting. The rollout of the new Code of Conduct and mandatory training reduced administration, improved reporting by division and country, and gave employees intuitive access to courses, policies and training histories.
