Top Line Talent, a Chicago-based provider of advanced consultative sales training, faced rising time and cost pressures from travelling to deliver face‑to‑face seminars worldwide. They wanted to record seminar content, deliver training remotely on demand, and build blended programmes that combined video with interactive elements like journals, surveys and quizzes.
Technology Transfer implemented Totara Learn to host Top Line Talent’s videos and blended content, set up self‑enrolment, enrollment controls, journal and quiz features, and a personalized eBook takeaway. Early results—about 100 users—show strong positive feedback, no technical issues, reduced travel time and costs, and improved monitoring through live logs and custom reports that give better insight into learner progress.
