Think Learning implemented Totara Learn integrated with the NHS Electronic Staff Record for daily, real-time HR data, added manager-selection workflows and clinical supervision hierarchies, and built interactive compliance dashboards, targeted audience rules and NMC‑compliant e‑portfolios. The solution improved visibility and automation of mandatory training—surveyed clients reported 100% found targeting easier, 87.5% saw higher learner engagement and 100% saw increased online course uptake—helping trusts reach high compliance rates (one reported 92%) while reducing administrative effort.
