Totara implemented a branded, responsive learning platform with single sign-on, custom progress tracking, dashboard tools, themed course templates, and later a native mobile app for offline access. With Totara, IPA improved learner satisfaction to 97% rating the experience good or above, reduced support queries, and cut costs significantly, saving over £100,000 a year overall and £23,000 annually from the Foundation Certificate alone.
