Case Study: Courts Service of Ireland achieves streamlined, hierarchy-driven learning delivery with Totara Learn

A Totara Case Study

Preview of the Courts Service of Ireland Case Study

The Courts Service of Ireland uses Totara Learn's hierarchies to deliver learning across its complex organisation

The Courts Service of Ireland, the independent organisation that manages the Irish courts, needed a more powerful LMS after their original 2015 Moodle solution could not handle the organisation’s complex hierarchies and reporting needs. Through a second tender, Enovation was selected to replace Moodle and deliver a platform that reflected the Courts Service’s structure and operational requirements.

Enovation implemented Totara Learn using hierarchies, learning plans, audiences, advanced seminar management (including waitlisting), a custom-branded theme and a mix of bespoke and Skillsoft content, plus tailored reporting. The result is an intuitive platform used by around 1,000 people that gives learners one-click access, improved reporting and management control, and a roadmap to add performance management next.
