The City of San Antonio, the seventh-largest U.S. city, needed to improve support for its Totara Learn environment used by Training and Development to deliver employee career development across 37 departments. Unsatisfied with their previous host, the city selected eThink Education for a fully managed support model and required a fast three-week migration to avoid contract overlap while maintaining the site’s look and user experience.

eThink completed the rushed migration on time, replicating the site theme, implementing HR Import to sync employee records, and restructuring courses for better reporting and learning outcomes. The result was a smooth go-live with minimal user disruption, improved workflows, reliable ongoing support, and plans to add SSO, seminar functionality, and expanded reporting to further scale training for roughly 10,000 employees.
