Terminix, a major pest and termite control company, faced high sales staff turnover and was hindered by an inflexible LMS that prevented improvements to its learning program. To better engage its team and reduce attrition rates, Terminix turned to vendor Totara and its Totara Learn platform for a more adaptable solution.

Working with Totara partner Moonami, Terminix implemented the Totara Learn-based Terminix Academy. The solution streamlined onboarding, moved paper-based safety forms online, and made training accessible for a mobile, blue-collar workforce. As a result, Terminix saved an estimated 30 hours per month in administrative work and successfully engaged over 10,000 active users on the platform.
