Tennis Australia, the national governing body for the sport, needed an enterprise‑level LMS to support blended delivery of coach development and professional learning across clubs, schools, universities and remote regions. Key requirements included easy course creation and navigation for casual developers, customizable dashboards and CMS design, media‑rich content (including third‑party video), and smart scheduling with calendar integration to enable “access to learning anywhere, anytime.”

The solution, Bounce, was built on Totara Learn with Androgogic delivering program management, SCORM support, video integration, automated admin features and iCal-enabled scheduling, plus plugin‑based enhancements and staff training. The platform enabled nationwide blended learning, gave Tennis Australia full administrative control, cut costs versus proprietary LMS options, improved scalability and maintenance, increased video engagement, and earned a silver LearnX award.
