Takkenkamp Groep is a family-owned specialist in insulation, restoration and façade maintenance that prioritizes employee development. Facing imminent retirement of highly skilled, hands‑on workers, Takkenkamp needed to capture and standardize that practical knowledge, move training online for consistency and accessibility, and provide a platform for blended and personal development across the business.

Working with The Courseware Company, Takkenkamp implemented Totara Learn and used Articulate 360 to build responsive, mobile-friendly e‑learning (including photo/video-rich, day-in-the-life modules and animations) while also offering thousands of soft‑skill courses via GoodHabitz. The result is a user-friendly, flexible LMS that lets Takkenkamp keep control of its learning content, deliver consistent, field-accessible training, and use reporting and group management to drive ongoing development — a rollout the team successfully completed online during COVID-19.
