T-Mobile Netherlands, later rebranded as Odido, needed a future-proof learning platform to support its rapid growth and evolving learning and development needs while maintaining uninterrupted employee training. The company chose Totara Learn & Perform, using Totara Learn as “My Campus” to serve internal, outsourced, and indirect sales employees.

Totara helped T-Mobile move to the new Odido brand by updating the platform’s branding, login domain, course library, and user experience in just two weeks, using data loaders and streamlined content management. Totara’s flexibility enabled the successful launch of the new Odido My Campus on time, supporting a seamless rebrand and helping close and rebuild 120 stores over one weekend as part of the broader transformation.
