Stuart, a fast-growing urban logistics company in Europe, needed a centralized, scalable way to manage learning and talent development as its workforce expanded and shifted to a hybrid model. Working with Totara and Actua Solutions, the company wanted to replace manual training processes and create a more engaging learning space for its 800+ employees across six countries.
Totara helped Stuart launch the Learning Hub, a digital learning platform that supports self-directed, on-demand, collaborative, digital, and face-to-face learning, including an Ambassador Program to boost engagement through gamification. The results were strong: participation in the Ambassador Program rose by 82% from 526 activities in 2021 to 955 in 2022, with 14,230 Ambassador Coins earned, and automated reporting gave leaders clearer data to track learning impact and guide training decisions.
