Stockport Council’s School Improvement Team supports professional learning and CPD for schools, early years settings and other education partners across the borough using a blended approach of face-to-face events and online learning networks. They were running a Moodle VLE alongside an aging in‑house event booking tool that was “clunky,” hard to maintain and couldn’t scale or provide flexible access levels as the service expanded beyond maintained schools, so they needed a single, user‑friendly platform ready for the new academic year.
