Sony deploys Extended Enterprise Knowledge Portal for dealers, resellers and customers

Sony Professional, a leader in broadcast and business solutions, needed to deliver high-quality product training to dealers, resellers and customers across Europe. Their goals were to increase access with an engaging learning portal, create interactive “how‑to” training to improve product proficiency, and measure uptake through automated tracking and reporting — all in multiple languages and integrated with existing CRM systems.

Kineo implemented a Totara Learn–based Knowledge Portal with secure single sign‑on to pro.sony, Eloqua and Salesforce and used Articulate Studio plus Sony‑branded templates to enable rapid, in‑house e‑learning production. The result is a Sony‑branded, feature‑rich portal with growing repeat users, measurable engagement data, certified learning paths and an in‑house team capable of maintaining and expanding the solution — a successful, ongoing partnership.
