Sofico, a global leader in software for asset finance, leasing and fleet mobility with 30 years’ industry experience, needed a more efficient way to share knowledge across multiple departments and new international offices. To complement their wiki and support blended learning, they sought a future-proof LMS to centralise training, competence management and performance processes.

Working with Deloitte Learning Solutions, Sofico implemented Totara Learn as a combined learning and performance platform for new hires and developers, using course catalogues, audiences, feedback, quizzes and tailored reporting; they plan to add appraisals and bespoke e-learning with Adobe Captivate. Launched in March 2018 and initially rolled out to 55 users (with plans for 250 by year-end), the platform has delivered positive feedback, streamlined global course management and achieved a 100% completion rate across 35 courses.
