SHIFT provides customizable HR compliance and DEI training to corporate clients, but needed a central platform to host and deliver its in-house content to organizations of all sizes, especially smaller clients without their own LMS. Totara Learning was chosen to power SHIFT’s multitenant LMS and support its white-glove service approach.

Totara and Synegen implemented a customized Totara Learn solution with multitenancy, branded enrollment portals, audience separation, reporting, and license management. The result is 86,000 unique accounts across 221 client organizations, with 354 courses on the platform and growth from an initial 500-user subscription to nearly 100,000 users, while keeping the learner experience simple and scalable.
