Schönherr delivers multi-device compliance training to internal staff with a fully customised, award-winning Totara LMS

Schönherr, a leading full‑service law firm in Central Europe with over 300 professionals across multiple offices, needed a scalable way to deliver compliance and cartel‑law training to lawyers, subject‑matter experts and general staff. The firm wanted to reduce reliance on face‑to‑face sessions, reach large and varied audiences, and ensure the training worked seamlessly on tablets and smartphones.

Working with Totara partner LearnChamp, Schönherr implemented a fully customised Totara Learn LMS with a responsive theme and Adapt‑built e‑learning, offering quizzes, case studies and audience‑specific content under Schönherr branding. Launched in April 2016, the programme won an eLearning Journal Award for Microlearning, was well received at LEARNTEC 2016, and is already being sold to other businesses — proving the solution’s scalability, mobile readiness and strong market appeal.
